Step-by-Step Installation Guide

Remove the Stock Lift Arm

Ensure the original stock steering triangle is securely in place via the bottom screw and nut.
Remove the top screw holding the stock lift arm.

⚠️ Important

Keep the bottom screw and nut in place - you'll need the stock steering triangle as a base for the carbon fiber upgrade.

Install the Carbon Fiber Lift Arm

Insert the carbon fiber lift arm into place.
Reinstall the screw and nut, tightening them firmly.

Position the Carbon Fiber Steering Triangle

Place the carbon fiber steering triangle on top of the stock plastic steering triangle.
Insert the provided screws into the two front (bow-end) holes, but do not fully tighten them yet.

⚠️ Do Not Fully Tighten Yet

Only hand-tighten the screws in this step - you'll need to adjust positioning in the next step.

Secure the Carbon Fiber Triangle

Push the carbon fiber triangle as far forward as possible.
Fasten it to the stock plate using the installed screw and provided locking nut.
Positioning it fully forward ensures additional support for the rear (stern-side) of the lift arm.

🔧 Pro Tips

Check all connections periodically, especially after first few uses
The carbon fiber upgrade provides improved durability and reduced weight
Forward positioning is crucial for optimal lift arm support
Do not transport your motor attached to your vessel!
